We can include the lot purchase in the contract if you don't already own your lot. Not sure where to look? We are happy to help at any step along the way. We'll schedule a site evaluation with our licensed professional to determine site preparation costs.
You can bring in the plan you want, choose from our selection of plans, or draw a custom set with our architect. We will comb through every detail of the home with you to make sure your project is on budget and perfect for you!
We will go through all of your home finishes and details with you to make sure that everything is exactly as you would like for it to be. At this time, we will finalize your contract price, have that contract signed by all parties, and submit the contract to the lender for processing.
Once the financing for your home and been secured, we will begin pulling permits to complete the work. If you'd like to speed up this step of the process, ask our professionals about a permit deposit.
After financing is secured, the loan has closed, and the permits have been approved ground breaking and site prep will begin.
